Kristina, I cannot even describe what a beautiful soul she is. Her smiles would brighten everyone’s day. Kristina was getting her hair done at the time when I walked in! She greeted me with hugs and smiles as always as happy as she can be. It was her BIG DAY! She dreamed about this day from the first day she met Clayton. It seems such a small thing but it instantly set the tone for the the day. I loved that I shared tears at the getting ready time, sharing the emotional moments when putting on the dress, when she needed a moment to take a deep breath, watched the sunset create epic magic over the mountains at the Lookout Mountain as Clayton and Kristina laughed and held each other, shared the most intimate moments, danced right a long breathtaking Rocky Mountains views watching the sun goes down. While yes, this was a working day, I get so involved in the timeless moments, details, emotions in a wedding day that it is so hard to tell I’m working. I feel so fortunate to be able to document those timeless, dreamy, painterly details of your day! One of my favorite personal moments during this particular wedding day was when Kristina’s friend put on Kristina her mom’s pearls and her mom’s wedding ring that were a special gift that belong to her mom at her wedding. Kristina’s mom was present with us with her soul. The same pearls were worn on her Mothers Wedding day…and then it was Kristina’s turn. I absolutely adore this couple and I am so honored to call them my friends!
