ADVENTURE ELOPEMENT IN BRECKENRIDGE | DESTINATION ADVENTURE PHOTOGRAPHER – OUR LOVE STORY
Anthony a Green Beret (so fun saying that) was on temporary duty at language training in my town, where we met at a local crossfit gym. Although Anthony would make multiple attempts to court me, I was shy, and he eventually gave up.
Unbeknownst to him I had secretly been admiring him. Anthony’s smile caught my eye instantly, when he smiles his entire face lights up. After his 8-week language school was complete he had to return to his home in South Carolina.
Thankfully a friend at the gym was looking out for the both of us and put us into contact with one another. The simple innocent texts grew in frequency and soon strong feelings developed between us despite the distance.
We became intimately familiar with the airport and road trips. Soon we were on adventures ranging from exploring the taco scene in Atlanta where Anthony had another temporary home or kayaking all throughout Central Florida.
We used the distance to our advantage; we built a strong foundation of trust, communication, and most importantly, commitment. After one year of fun Anthony was called to duty for a 6-month deployment. Our love grew even stronger during this time.
We had the opportunity to know what it was like to truly miss one other, the longing for each other never quieted. Therefore, we appreciate and embrace our time together, knowing how lucky we are to have made it through, and we find solace in the promise of a future together.
We took a chance and the best has happened for US! “home is not where you are from. It is where you belong. We found it in each other.”
What drew us in at first was seeing her work, the ability she has capturing real raw emotions, and love in the most beautiful way for people to have and treasure for a lifetime is something special!
It is difficult to put into words, it’s like I just knew she was the right fit, her love and passion for people and photography pours out of her.
Justyna listens to you and she understood what kind of wedding we were going for. We are doing away with most of the traditional wedding traditions.
She gave us so many recommendations for vendors, locations, and venues (we are planning from Florida) which was sooo helpful. We have complete trust with Justyna with one of our most intimate moments of our lives.
